Firstly, there's no way for her to get the domain back so there's not much she could do unless she was willing to go to court which would be a costly and lengthy process that requires resources it's unfair to assume individuals have. Secondly, I don't think it's particularly helpful placing the blame on victims of fraudulent activity. Gina Garan was defrauded by her domain registrar, and now is the victim of intellectual property theft. That's not her fault. The only people at fault here are the ruthless scammers who now run TIB and who have no qualms lying to, stealing from, harassing, and defrauding people.
